We depart from Istanbul New Airport or your hotel in the city center at 07:45 at the latest and head to Kocaeli. We move towards Masukiye, for our first stop. After the breakfast at Maskiye, we head for a Safari on foot or with ATV and UTV engines which will be an extra cost of (150 TL per person). After finishing this 45-minute safari, we set off for Kartepe Ski Center, our second stop, with fun photos. Our guests can ski in Kartepe Ski Center, they can go for a walk or enjoy nature and snow with hot drinks. We than move towards our restaurant where we will have our lunch. After lunch, we continue to have a good time in Kartepe. At the time determined by our guide, we switch to our vehicle for the evening return. We transfer to your airport or hotel. Short Description

Kocaeli, which is the transition point between two continents, dates back to ancient times. The city, which was connected to the Bithynia region in the early periods, took names such as Olbia, Astakos, Nicomedia, Izmid. Megaraeans, a Thracian colony, settled in the south of the region in 700s BC and established a settlement named Astaskos. When he was connected to Bithynia, he was named Nicomedia in memory of Emperor Nicomedes. Nicomedia is an important city for history. Arrian, the prominent historian of the period, where Hannibal committed suicide, is Nicomedia (Kocaeli). The region, where the Persian domination was observed, had not lost anything from its former state in 13 years of power of Alexander the Great. The footsteps of the Roman Empire in Europe began to be heard in Asian countries, and Nicomedia BC. He was occupied in 284 and Emperor Diocletian decided to live here because he loved it. It has been declared as the 4th largest city and capital of Rome. The city, which has become one of the most important port cities of the region, was defeated in the 1st Battle of Christofis and declared Istanbul as the new capital. It is said that Konstantin died in Nicomedia. On the Marmara fault line, which is the continuation of the North Anatolian fault line, a great earthquake occurred in 354 BC and it was destroyed. In the city, which could not recover this damage, the population decreased gradually. After Rome was divided into two, the region remained in the Eastern Roman (Byzantine) Empire and became an important place for wars. The city, which was in the hands of the Byzantine Empire for a long time, was exposed to Arab raids but could not be captured. In the 11th century, after the Seljuks entered Anatolia, the city was blockaded and conquered by Süleyman Şah. The city, which was designated as the capital, was taken back by the 1st Alexios Komnenos with the First Crusade in history and the Latin period started. The Ottoman Sultanate 2nd Sultan Orhan Gazi, one of the principalities that emerged in the disintegration of the Seljuks, took Nicomedia in 1326 and the first Turkish navy was established in Karamürsel. The city, which is now Iznik in the Ottoman period, lived its brightest period with Suleiman the Magnificent in the 1500s. October 1920 After the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire, the British seized Izmit and handed it over to the Greeks. In June 1921, it re-joined Turkish territory. The name Kocaeli was given the name Kocaeli, meaning the location of the conqueror Akçakoca. Kocaeli is still a city that receives a lot of immigration today. Thanks to its developed industry and shipyards, it continues to be a locomotive city in trade. The city, which is very popular with tourists due to its nature and ski center, is also easy to reach with its proximity in Istanbul. If you want to examine all the textures of this city on the spot, how about a tour with us?

Unused transportation, accommodation, environmental trips included in the program, etc. Such services are not refundable.

Sehirturu.com cannot be held responsible for not visiting some places in the program due to force majeure or our guests participating in the tour, not obeying the hours determined by our guide and causing disruption of the program.

Our guide has the right to make changes to the tour program, provided that it remains true to its original.

Free child app or child discounts are applied for 1 child besides 2 adults. One adult can occur at different prices.

In order for all our affordable tours to take place, it is necessary to reach a sufficient number. In all bus tours, seats 3 and 4 belong to the guide and assistant guide.

No guarantee of any seat number is given to anybody at the time of booking.

Mandatory travel insurance is included in the tour fee. It covers the bankruptcy of the agency or the failure to provide package tour service for any reason. It is not health insurance. It does not cover treatment costs.

Museum card fees are not included in the tour program. There is no museum card on our tour.

The entrance to the museum and ruins of our guests who are not Turkish citizens coming from abroad are included in the tour fee.

All tours that are included in the tour programs and specified as extra are made if a certain number of people are reached.
